Returns and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of products are non-returnable. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund:

Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at hello@myhushbuddy.com and send your item to: 25 Nimbus Way, Newmarket, ENG, CB8 7BN, United Kingdom.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to later give to you, we will send a refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please mail it to: 25 Nimbus Way, Newmarket, ENG, CB8 7BN, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
